Why we use PRISM for our role benchmarking solutions

With PRISM we can look at the behaviours, attitudes and environment for a role.

The tool set allows us to look at what people are comfortable doing and what the job actually requires in order to maximise performance.

It also allows us to look at a large number of profiles and create a 'best fit' ranking against a benchmark.

A key differentiator is that PRISM is based on the brain, and what happens in it. It varies from psychometric toolsets in that there is

  • recognition that the brain can change with time. Psychometric tool-sets are defined around the opposite belief.
  • reports show the extent that individuals adapt their behaviours from their natural preferences. People perform better when they work as close to their natural behaviours as possible.
