The Association for Project Management is committed to developing and promoting project and programme management. The association has around 19,500 individual and 500 corporate members making it the largest professional body of its kind in Europe. It is currently in the process of applying for a Royal Charter.

The Association for coaching is also a leading independent, and not-for-profit professional body dedicated to promoting best practice and raising the awareness and standards of coaching, worldwide.

The ICF was founded in 1995 focusing on the advancement of the coaching profession. At Trans4rm we deliver our coaching aligned to ICF Ethics and core competencies. The ICF is also a key source of research around coaching.

We have members of the Alumni which includes over 30,000 alumni in 140 countries form the basis of a unique organisation. Henley is a world-renowned international business school based in the UK. Operating in 17 countries; ranked among the top schools in Europe; and being one of only 57 business schools in the world to hold triple-accredited status .

The British Psychological Society (BPS) sets standards in psychological testing. This is done through the Committee on Test Standards (CTS).

The BPS holds a register of qualified test users which includes our psychometric test users.

PRISM is a toolset used by Trans4rm as a Personal Performance Mapping tool. It is a neuroscience-based instrument specifically designed to identify the behavioural preferences that directly relate to personal relationships and work performance.

The Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) is the world's largest Chartered HR and development professional body. The CIPD provides information and research around leadership, development, coaching and mentoring.

The Institute of Directors have been supporting businesses and the people who run them since 1903. It is the UK’s longest running organisation for professional leaders, supporting 38,000 members, encouraging entrepreneurial activity and promoting responsible business practice for the benefit of the business community and society as a whole.
