Behaviour Profile

Used to create awareness of personal natural behaviours and their influence on what an individual does and reacts in different situational scenarios.

Emotional Intelligence

To create awareness of participants ability to understand and manage his or her own emotions, self-control, and those of other people.

Mental Toughness

Looking at a participant's preference for behaviours that are associated with mental toughness and peak leadership performance. They include: self-belief, ambition, resilience, self-management, optimism, determination, independence, competitiveness and adaptability

Role Benchmarks 

Used for talent management, resource management, recruitment, team design and development plans.

Team Performance Assessment

Used to measure teams performance against a team benchmark and for looking at the quality of inter-personal relationships.

Organisational Culture

Used for supporting change, cultural integration, recruitment, development plans and defining strategy

360 Feedback

Used to get feedback from others about an individuals competencies and behaviours. The 360 feedback provides participants with 'others' view of themselves. They can gain information around where others perceptions and their own understanding are different.
