Along with a mind change we achieve sustainability of the development gained. The majority of delegates complete the programmes with the skills, tools and values that nurture continual learning and development for themselves . They also carry this motivation back to the workplace and pass these skills, tools and values to the people around them.
Additionally, we incorporate strategic organisational objectives in our Leaderhip Development Programme design. These are agreed with the organisation at a number of points of the programme.We find that we keep senior people focused and engaged leading to dramatic results.
With the growth in complexity of roles and the transformational changes in organisations we concentrate on holistic development . Our focus is not on individual skills or competencies but on their integrated use including the timing and the pace of activities.
It is not enough to improve current skills or develop new skills. We look at the leaders influence on the organisation and what that means in a particular leadership role. We work with delegates to re-define their identity and develop the associated behaviours.
