A Case Study for Personal Branding
After over 25 years of employment, the last 15 within the same company, the coachee realised that time was passing him by if he wanted to reach his career goals.
The coachee wanted to move his career forward and as he believed he was stuck in a rut wanted to change people’s perception of himself, raise his profile and move into a more dynamic role.
Twelve coaching sessions were held with the coachee
Current context was covered and coaching goal set
The coaches action plan covered;
Each coaching session reviewed and updated plan, discussed key issues and personal learning
Each coaching session set foundations for sustainability of coaching approach for the coachee in order to build personal self-coaching competencies
The coachee is now in a central, high profile, influential role within the organisation he has been in for over 15 yeards.
He has now been in this role for 16 months.
He is now perceived as a go-getter.
The coachee achieved his goals and has developed a mind-set change that means he is proactive in his role and his career management
