  • Reflection through the coaching process requires a willingness to look honestly at oneself, an it takes a certain degree of curiosity, courage, and self-confidence.
  • As a coach active listening, powerful questioning and challenging through direct communication are very powerful tools. They should be used with great care as the coach is encroaching on another persons personal territory
  • As a coach it is of utmost importance to remain independent and take an objective view on each client.
  • Where personal issues that may impair, conflict or interfere with one's coaching performance professional support is sought.
